ASME 800-Gal Tank Drawings
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I already drafted basic sketches for an 800-gallon vertical air receiver and now need them turned into a full set of ASME-compliant, professionally stamped drawings. The vessel will be fabricated to the latest ASME standards, so every dimension, weld detail, nozzle location, and material call-out must stand up to code review.
You will start from customer supplied preliminary drawings, validate the critical calculations, and translate everything into clean fabrication drawings ready for the shop floor. Your professional engineer stamp—registered in a U.S. jurisdiction preferably PA—must appear on the final sheet set.
Key deliverables
• Final CAD and PDF drawing package stamped and signed
• Supporting ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 design calculations (shell, heads, nozzles, supports)
• Bill of materials and nozzle schedule aligned with the drawings
