To complete a full set of architectural documents for construction consisting of a new 5 storeys apartment block of 10 units. Freelancers must possess skills in architectural construction detailing for residential projects. NON-ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN AND DESIGNERS SHOULD NOT BID. EXPERIENCE IN ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS A NECESSITY. The following drawings will need to be completed:

* ALL ELEVATIONS AT 1:100
* ALL SECTIONS (6 sections) AT 1:50

* DETAILS_fireplace
* DETAILS_front fence

* DETAILS_external misc
* SCHEDULE_windows
* SCHEDULE_ shutters
* SCHEDULE_gates
* DETAILS_ windows
* DETAILS_ screens
* LAYOUT_wet areas
* DETAILS_wet areas
* DETAILS_internal misc
* RCP layouts
* DETAILS_pools (3xpools)

A full example set of documentation for a similar project will be sent for reference. –A set of preliminary condoc plans, sections and elevations for this project are also attached. -All floorplans, elevations and sections in A1 size and detail drawings in A3 size and completed using Autocad. .pdf and .dwg files to be provided. Payments will be processed over 5 stages with submission and review at each stage.

Stage 1 – 25% of full documentation completed 25% of the total cost
Stage 2 – 50% of full documentation completed 25% of the total cost
Stage 3 - 70% of full documentation completed 20% of the total cost
Stage 4 – 90% of full documentation completed 20% of the total cost
Stage 5 – 100% of full documentation 10% of the total cost
