new garage need blueprints -- 2

I am building a garage and mancave and need blueprints for my building permit. There is no rush for the project but must be detailed orientated. I have a list of items needed to be completed for the blueprints. The list is attached.

The blueprints must be able to be submitted to the NYE county building department for approval. That is in the state of Nevada and the town of Pahrump.
