I need a structural design for a steel frame and wood frame above the car parking

I am in need of a structural design for a steel frame and wood frame above the car parking area. The car parking is 6.7 x 7.32 meters. I have some preliminary drawings

I would like you to provide me with 3 design options:

1. 100x50x4 mm Hollow Steel profiles and anchor detail for the wall
2. 100x50x2 mm Hollow Steel profiles (these profiles are only supplied in 6 meter length, so I will need to weld pieces together and I will need a welding/connection detail) and anchor detail for the wall
3. Wood beams 7cm x 20cm and anchor detail for the wall

- I also want to add a Plastic cover 10kg/m2 (dead load) on top of the frame (see example picture) and also assume a load of 120kg for a worker (live load) to stand on top of the frame

- I also want the slope to be 1% towards the road (the lower side towards the road)


Ideal skills and experience:
- Structural engineer with experience in designing steel and wood frames
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to provide detailed drawings and calculations for the frame design
- Good communication skills to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
