I need a remodeling design for permit, including drawing and stamp in Florda, USA.

My plan is to raise the small front room from 12'x9'x7' to 20'x9'x8', i.e., extending the width of the room and raise the ceiling. The design or drawing needs to have an engineer's signature, or stamp by a licensed architect. This project is in Hillsborough county, Florida, USA.
