Budget: $200 – $500 USD
I am seeking a Missouri Licensed Architect or Engineer for a commercial roof replacement project.
- Professional Requirement: Both architects and engineers are welcome to bid if they have a valid Missouri license. Your task will be to create plans that comply with energy and building codes.
- Roofing Material: We have chosen to use rubber roofing for this project. It will be advantageous if you have experience with this material.
-Positive Drainage: The roof is 0/12 pitch and therefore will require positive drainage to be included in the plans within the bid.
- Sq ft: The roof to be replaced is approximately 9364 square feet. Experience with larger scale projects of a similar size is beneficial.
Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of the Missouri building code and energy-efficient roofing systems. You should also be able to develop and present design plans that meet our requirements.
