I need a marine engineer to produce loftings for my keel fin.

I'm self-building a sailboat. My designer failed to include loftings for my keel fin, and now I am in a bind. I have the offsets, 2D CAD drawings, etc., but need to produce loftings to make frames for building the female molds for my keel. Attached is a drawing with offsets. I only need loftings for what is referred to as "FOIL 2" in this drawing.
