I need an engineer to develop a three line drawing

We installed a microgrid in Mt Vernon ny two years ago. It was inspected and passed by the elect inspector & Con Ed. Now NYSERDA wants a three line diagram stamped.
We have the three line but are willing to make modifications to get it stamped. It was already inspected and has been operating for two years.
