I need a Manufacturing / Prototyping Engineer

I have a design and tools for a prototype that I am trying to make, but I need someone who can look at the specs and help guide me with the appropriate build, and with my initial prototype. Ideally, I would like someone with 3D CAD experience, and that can recognize schematics for a build. I would be asking for about 3-5 hours a week.
