I need a 3D CAD specialist

My name is Philip Cook. I am working on completing my Eagle Scout project building water cooler holders for my church. After researching the various options it became clear that a unique design was necessary to fit the needs of the on site maintenance staff. With the help of my father, I have hand drawn detailed plans. My Eagle advisor requires that I convert these drawing into CAD style drawings. Hoping there is someone that can help!!!
