mep engineer

I am looking for an experienced MEP engineer to work with me on a medium-sized project. This will involve designing the HVAC systems, Plumbing and electric for a full office building. I already have existing blueprints and designs, and I need the engineer to use these as a starting point. The engineer needs to have experience in HVAC, electrical design, and plumbing design, all on a larger scale. This project is estimated to be completed within a short period of time, so a qualified professional would be a great fit. Every detail must be carefully considered, and I expect a high degree of professionalism and accuracy in the work done.
I will need the design to be submitted to the city (Carrollton TX)for permit, so a MEP engineer design is required as well and of course working based on the code requirements on this city
