lighting plans

I am looking for a lighting plan for a commercial space. The purpose of the plan is to create task lighting, so that the space is adequately lit for the activities that will take place. I have specific architectural plans with detailed lighting layouts and light fixture specifications. I need engineered electrical drawings for a standalone electrical permit indicating circuitry, lighting controls and such. Assume we will provide CAD files for use and aid in information required from the site/field.
