10' high deck engineering

I am looking to hire someone to help with the engineering and design of a 10’ high deck for a residence. The approximate size of the deck area would be within the range of 200-400 square feet. I am looking for someone to create drawings for the construction of this deck, as well as provide materials and plans for the build. I prefer to use wood as the primary material, with composite decking as a possible option at the discretion of the engineer. This is a residential project and the deck is intended to be used for entertaining and leisurely activities. Experienced craftsmanship and attention to detail are important factors in this commission.
