Create a 3D CAD model and a 2D engineering drawing for the hammerhead we have just finished using NX, SolidWorks, or any other 3D CAD software that you are familiar with. Note that the engineering drawing should have all necessary views (front, top, side, etc.), dimensions, and other related information.
Part II:
Describe the detailed manufacturing processes to produce the hammerhead in a Word document. Simple sketches may be used to describe key manufacturing procedures. Use bulletins or sequence numbers to clarify different processes. A significant portion of your grade will come from the level of detail in the description of each step. Prepare this part as if you are preparing instruction for someone who DOES NOT HAVE ANY prior knowledge of any manufacturing equipment.
