2D/3D file for making mold for plastic parts
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Need 2D/3D drawings to make plastic parts to show side vertical view, top/bottom views. Dimensioning should be conducive to processing of mold to make plastic part to be used as protective cover to prevent damage of bolt in shipping box. The bolt is already mounted at the end of steel tubing. The drawing must be easy to understand to injector mold making process. Attached is illustration and specs of actual bolt mounted onto tubing.
a. Dimensions noted in drawings and shall be marked on a uniform basis.
b. Dimensions of product assembly and appearance.
c. Technical requirements should include: wall thickness, outer and inner dimension of plastic part.
d. Two-dimensional drawing shall be consistent with three-dimensional drawing.
e. When drawing final assembly drawing, use a 1: 1 ratio as much as possible.
MUST QUOTE FLAT RATE (NOT HOURLY) and provide samples of previous similar work. Otherwise, do NOT bid !
