extract visual data from Revit File

Need to read Revit files of drawings from one future real estate development, find locations of 20 artwork installations (walls and floors) and provide exact dimensions as well as extract to other file format for ease accessibility by artists and designers (who don't use Revit). The freelancer would receive the Revit file, get on a call with the dedicated person from APL to understand what they are looking for, identify the approximate 20 locations and complete the task of extracting the necessary information, exact dimensions, and saving each on more accessible formats.
