2d draft watertight sea-scooter incl. motors and batteries -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to draft a sea-scooter based on my detailed specifications. I need the drafting to be completed within 2 months.

Skills and experience required:
- Experience in boat drafting and design
- Knowledge of sea-scooters and boats
- Proficiency in CAD software for drafting
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specifications accurately


I need help on making a sub-industry-detailed but precise 2d draft from multiple standard perspectives that takes into account the limitations of how this will be assembled in real life (multiple pieces 3d printed separately to be screwed, glued, squeeze fit, etc. NO welding), and that the final assembled object must be very waterproof/tight. The wingspan of this object is 2 meters. This is NOT a toy, This is a machine a size of a man. I can provide a download to my 3d model.

I have a general idea of where I can get essential parts, but not how to incorporate it into the model, and where the wiring will be routed precisely.
I can array in series 48V LiPo batteries ranging from 20Ah to 50Ah (with varied Ah because certain places in the model where the batteries are being lodged can only fit smaller and thus lower Ah batteries). The total volume of battery space should work out to hold around 15kWh of electric power, but the entire model can have its width increased to accommodate more space (think about the seascooter as mimicking the form of a manta ray, where it having more width, or well length you would conventionally choose to say first, gives it a lower drag as it is closer to a streamlined body and forms less eddy currents. This is at the cost of an increasingly awkward grip and control of its propulsion, so contact me if you plan extending this). There will be two motors, either two 6hp or two 10hp motors. Alibaba has a motor like this, I will link it so you can get an idea of what I need to take apart to fit into this somehow. I won't link batteries because the precise one I need will depend on the size of batteries that can even fit in this sea scooter.

The details the draft will need to include are things such as:
-hatches or threaded and screw-in o-ring interfaces into the battery compartments
-exact routing for the wires that array the batteries and the wires that connect and power the motors
-same thing as prior but for the spotlight batteries and powering the spotlights
-the overall forms of the object NEED to be precise, not just linear lines for everything. forms are beveled and smoothed where needed. My 3d model was made in Blender so it is limited to shapes rendering by the vertices, edges, and faces, instead of like fusion where it is a perfect vector shape that can scale up infinitely without losing detail. The 2d draft you make should have forms much like it would be in fusion except of course its not 3d.
-like stated previously, there should be clear lines breaking up partitions of the larger single object, as smaller parts need to be 3d printed and assembled to create the large single object. I do not believe it will need to be split into any more than 25 pieces, but if you think it does contact me first about it.
-the main material of this would be ABS plastic, with a primarily orange and sometimes black color scheme. I only need you to solid shade in these two colors.
-the surface of the battery compartments should be some kind of metal (likely will be aluminum) as I need to heatsink the battery's generated heat out to the water rushing around the sea scooter. This surface area of inside the battery compartments should somehow find its way to heatsink to the outside of the larger whole single object. I am uncertain how this will be executed precisely. but everything should be relatively snug. As long as each battery ends up getting on average around a few thousand cm^2 on the outside single large object (as that is how much surface area the water of the ocean is rushing past it) this is okay.


A separate but smaller part of the draft will also include the buttons occluded behind the handles.

I am aware my current model of this is not ideal but it should be enough I hope. I also am available for clarification on weekends, and on weekdays not incl. 8am-3pm EST. Working together with a marine engineer/electrical engineer/mechanical engineer who can understand the oddity of this commission and its unique needs would be an honor. THANKS!
