3d design of wastegas treatment unit (wet scrubber) -- 2

As an experienced 3D designer, I am tasked with designing a Wastegas Treatment Unit (wet scrubber spray tower unit) to reduce emissions. I have all the dimensions and the specifications for the design and i also have photos of a similar treatment unit in real life. For this project, I will need to create the design in NX 3ds Max, Revit or SolidWorks (any 3d designing software is accepted) .
