hi there, i am looking for somemone to make a complete design for a rubber track motorcycle to run on batteries,
it should carry two persons and consist of single rubber track and an electric hub motor of 5 kw peak.dimensions are lenghth 1.6meter
Hight is 90cm, track width 25cm and total width 40cm
The truggy should have headlight and tail light and should reCh speeds up to 40km/h
Track frame and body should be made of sheet metal cnc cutted and bent,
The used motor is brushless outrunner hub electric motor usually used for electric scooters with a diameter of 15cm and a peak power of 5kW
The rubber track dimensions is 160cm* 25cm with centered teeth meshing
Rollers should be designed from standard size steel pipe with standard vall bearing
Front and rear suspension is needed and to be selected from after market spare parts for motorcycles
Single track steering is achievable using bottom conical rollers, so leaning the truggy on eacb side will help steer left or right( at least in theory and to be tested), other idea is to pushh the rollers from the opposite side through active steering of the handle to lean the truggy to the desired direction.
The rubber track to be used is an after market from mini excavator
It is required to use in the design standard parts/bolts/ fittings/accessories
The main mechanical parts should be adapted and matched with commonly available parts like shock absorber assembly
The design should be implemented using only cnc techniques and with minimum needed hand skills/ crafts
It is needed to submit complete 3d design include all parts to be used and detailed drawings for all used parts
Shop drawings and manufacturing drawings for laser cutting, machining, etc...
Assembly drawings
Bill of materials to include parts to be fabricated and parts to be purchased
