create tool paths for 4th axis rotary milling

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to create tool paths for 4th axis rotary milling using metal 17-4 or 303 stainless steel as my material. The design itself is of moderate complexity, and I'm looking for a smooth finish. The successful freelancer would be provided with all necessary tool paths needed for machining on my vertical cnc machine with a 4th axis capability.
