create a reo schedule and bill of materials from CAD file

We are hoping to find a suitably capable person who is familiar with reinforcement mesh and bar sizes who can take a shop drawing from our factory and determine the reinforcement sizes, sraw up a reinforcing diagram and supply a reinforcing schedule for ordering. I can provide pdf or cad files, following the signing of an NDA.
