We are looking for a CNC programmer to create G-code programs for aluminum profile machining using our Plastmak SC-5000S machine.
Machine:
Plastmak SC-5000S
3-axis (X, Y, Z)
3 drilling heads
Scope of Work:
For each design, you will:
Create G-code based on provided drawings or dimensions
Define hole positions, depth, and spacing
Set correct machining sequence
Utilize the 3 heads where needed for efficiency
Types of Operations:
Handle hole patterns
Water drainage holes
Connector and fitting holes
General drilling operations on aluminum profiles
Deliverables:
Ready-to-run G-code file
Clean and well-structured program
Accurate positioning and sequencing
