cad design and 2d sketch

Looking for a CAD designer to create a 2D sketch for documentation purposes. The design will require specific dimensions and measurements to be included. Ideal candidate should have experience with CAD design for product manufacturing, architectural design, or engineering analysis. Final output should be in DWG file format.
