approx. 32'x32' building simple 2d plan

I have a simple wood frame structure. Single level building on a concrete slab floor. Need blueprint type of building plans. Need floor plan, 4 elevations, and a framing plan. The attached plans are a general idea of what we are looking for. It's a library building for a non-profit group. Plans should be reasonably in line with international building code. We have been building for 10+ years and are looking for a long term relationship with a good provider.
