anuc + Lincoln Electric Robotic Welding Cell Design Review and Simulation

We are seeking an experienced robotics and welding automation specialist to assist in reviewing and troubleshooting an industrial robotic welding cell that uses a Fanuc robot integrated with a Lincoln Electric welding source. The cell is currently experiencing significant issues related to hardware setup, welding performance, programming limitations, and overall system operability.

Our goal is to independently assess the system, identify the root causes of the issues, and outline a clear path for remediation or upgrade.

Required Skills:
- Expertise in RoboDK, Welding applications and Fanuc Robots
- Experience in Roboguide, RoboDK simulation and Lincoln Electric Powerwave equipment

- Experience in programming and designing industrial robots
