Wood Pole Structural Analysis

I need a professional to conduct an analysis on wood pole less than 5 years old. We will be digging next to the electrical pole to incorporate conduit for a new service. It's critical that the analysis identifies any structural weaknesses, assesses load-bearing capacity, and determines if a pole hold is needed for project. If required a design for pole hold will be needed.
