Whole Home Interior & CAD Revamp

I’m beginning a full refresh of my house and need updated CAD drawings plus a cohesive interior redesign that reflects current best-practice. The project centres on three areas:

• Living room – revised layout that accommodates a small lift, replaces the curtains, and introduces a new furniture scheme.
• Bedroom wing – two existing rooms will be merged into one large suite; I also want fresh furniture and upgraded window treatments.
• Patio and garden – new marble surfacing outside the sliding doors and a softer landscape plan to tie the exterior to the interior palette.

My current floor plans are in DWG; you will update these, integrate the lift shaft and merged bedroom footprint, and supply clean architectural sheets ready for permitting. From there, I’d like concept boards, rendered visuals, and a final FF&E schedule so I can hand everything straight to contractors and suppliers.

Deliverables
1. Updated CAD floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and elevations (DWG + PDF).
2. 3D renders for living room, new master suite, and patio connection.
3. Mood boards and furniture/finish schedules with source links.
4. A concise specification sheet for curtain fabrics, marble type, and garden hardscape.

Please outline your process, preferred design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar), and estimated timeline. Revisions are expected until the drawings are permit-ready and the design intent is fully captured.
