Virginia PE Engineer for Farm Project (12 Acre Land) -- 2

I am seeking a qualified Virginia-licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with experience in:

• Erosion & Sediment Control (E&S) Plans
• Stormwater Management Plans
• DEQ VAR10 Permit Support
• Culpeper County / Virginia DEQ coordination

Project Overview:
The project involves an agricultural/farm property in Culpeper County, Virginia. Based on discussions with the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), the next step is preparation of engineer-stamped drawings and supporting documentation required to pursue the agricultural exemption process and VAR10 approval. According to the DEQ representative, it is supposed to be a simple straightforward step and not as involved as building commercial or residential infrastructure.

Scope of Services May Include:
• Site plan evaluation and coordination
• Preparation of E&S plan
• Preparation of stormwater management plan
• Assistance with VAR10 application/approval
• Guidance on regulatory compliance for agricultural use

Preferred Qualifications:
