Villa Plumbing System Design -- 2

I am preparing the full construction package for a new villa and now need the complete plumbing design. The scope covers both the internal water-supply network and the sanitary drainage system; no gas piping is required. All fixtures will run exclusively on well water, so the design must include pump and storage sizing appropriate for that source. A separate filtration or treatment train is not part of this brief.

Please base the work on current international plumbing codes and provide clear, ready-for-construction documentation:

• Water-supply layout with pipe sizing, routing, pump & tank selection
• Drainage layout showing chamber & stack locations, venting strategy & pipe sizing and inter-connection to septic Tank
• All supporting hydraulic calculations, equipment schedules and legend
• BOM/BOQ
• PDF sheets for review plus editable source files (DWG or Revit preferred)


I will supply architectural floor plans in DWG as soon as we start. Let me know if you need any additional information before commencing the design.
