Utility Patent Drawing Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Description:
I am seeking a skilled technical illustrator or CAD designer to create black-and-white patent drawings for a consumer product called SmoothStraw, a reusable ergonomic straw mouthpiece designed for comfort, hygiene, and dual-use functionality.
The goal is to create USPTO-compliant, line-based drawings suitable for submission with a utility patent application. You will be working from an existing 3D model, technical description and engineering drawing.
Deliverables:
You will provide a single-page PDF or multi-page patent drawing file with the following elements:
✅ Required Drawing Views:
Top View
Front View
Cross-Section A–A
Isometric View
Angled Installation View showing the straw cap function
Optional Flip-Lid Integration View (SmoothStraw molded into a flip-up straw lid)
Optional Straw Size Variation View (dashed outlines for multiple bore sizes)
✅ Required Labels:
Label components with reference numbers (1–9) and include callouts to match written patent description:
1 – Contoured lip-facing surface
2 – Central through-hole
3 – Inner friction-fit taper
4 – Flexible body (silicone/elastomer)
5 – Embedded flip-lid version (optional)
6 – Antimicrobial/textured surface (optional)
7 – Gripping flange
8 – Bite-resistant ring (optional)
9 – Secondary bore for angled straw-cap sealing
✅ Figure Titles:
Label each figure with USPTO-style captions, e.g.:

Requirements:
