Urgent Design for 2500lb Steel Transport Container

I need a skilled designer who can create a hardened steel container, capable of withstanding 2500 lbs, for the transportation of solid materials. The interior of the container needs to be funnel-shaped, facilitating the flow of materials through the middle from the bottom. It is imperative that the design is not only sturdy and reliable, but also easily movable - either with wheels or by forklift.
