USPTO Wheel Assembly Patent Drafting -- 2

Job ID: 40290100

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

I am ready to move my mechanical wheel-end assembly from a rough concept to a fully filed U.S. and PCT application. To do that, I need the three cornerstone pieces of the submission produced to professional, examiner-ready quality:

• Patent Claims – drafted to capture the inventive features and provide layered fallback positions.
• Patent Description – a clear, enabling specification that aligns perfectly with the claims.
• Patent Drawings – line-art illustrations prepared in strict accord with USPTO 37 CFR 1.84 so every figure number, margin, and line weight meets formal requirements.

The concept is already sketched out, so you will start with my notes, preliminary sketches, and functional objectives, then refine them into a cohesive set of documents ready for immediate e-file upload with both USPTO and WIPO. Consistency between text and figures is critical; if a feature appears in a claim, it must appear in the drawings and be called out in the description.

Preferred tools are AutoCAD or equivalent vector software for drawings, and standard patent-prosecution word processing formats (Microsoft Word or Patent Center-compatible DOCX) for the text. If you are comfortable handling the full drafting cycle—including iterative feedback—let’s work together to get this application on file quickly and correctly.
