Job Post: Design Schematics for Custom Triangular Vehicle Battery (for Toyota/Tesla Fit)
I'm looking for a skilled engineer or CAD designer to create schematics for a custom battery design that will fit inside a standard-sized vehicle (think Toyota Camry, Corolla, or Tesla Model 3/Y).
What I Need:
A triangular-shaped battery pack design
Designed to fit securely within the trunk or spare tire area of a standard car
Space-efficient and practical layout for automotive use
Must include:
External dimensions
Internal cell layout (just a basic config is fine for now)
Suggested material specs (case/enclosure)
Basic thermal management planning (air or passive)
Exportable as PDF, CAD files, or images
Optional:
If you have experience with lithium-ion battery layout or EV power systems, please mention it.
Bonus if you can simulate or optimize layout for weight/efficiency.
I don’t need the full electrical circuit at this stage — just the mechanical layout/schematic for visualizing and sending to fabricators.
