Travel scooter design

I need a Mechanical Engineer to design a carbon fibre scooter prototype. This project starts with the ProE proof of concept CAD model, attached. It eventually needs to be progressed to be ready for manufacturing. Ideally, bicycle and scooter design history would benefit. The job will start in about six weeks. The CAD model for prototyping is required by the end of June. Drawings and BOM for costing are necessary. I will cost with your assistance. It will be a collaborative project, with phone and email communications, and include prototype parts. An hourly rate is appropriate. Don’t apply with a structural, civil, graphics, animation or architectural background. It is a light engineering job.
