Timber frame -- 2

I live in northeast Pa I am looking for someone to take me from rough concept to engineer stamped plans for a timber frame/ straw bale house. I have an existing foundation that I will be expanding. I’ve had 2 architects that tried to work on this project but they are unfamiliar with timber trusses. One of my concerns is the distance to my project location hopefully I can find somebody that lives close to Honesdale , PA 18431
