Texas Licensed Architect with Stamp and seal to do on my plan
Budget: $250 – $750 NZD
I’m looking for a Texas-licensed architect who can review my drawings, make any adjustments needed for local compliance, and then apply your professional seal and signature so I can submit the set to the city for permitting.
At this stage I have preliminary plans in PDF and DWG. Once you receive them, I’ll clarify the project scope—whether residential, commercial, or mixed use—so you can verify which sections of the International Building Code and Texas statutes apply. If additional sheets or calculations are required, just let me know; I’ll supply the background information you need.
Deliverables I expect:
• Signed, dated, and stamped plan set (PDF + original CAD) suitable for electronic or hard-copy submission
• Brief code-compliance summary or letter that references the applicable Texas and municipal requirements
• One round of minor revisions after initial city review, if comments arise
