Telecom Engineer for Fiber Optic Design

I need a highly-skilled telecommunications engineer with a strong background in designing and reviewing fiber optic cables. This project requires the use of AutoCAD software. The fiber optic cables will be designed for construction purposes and will range in length from 1 km to 10 km.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design fiber optic cables
- Review and make necessary adjustments to the designs

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Telecommunications engineering
- Knowledge of fiber optics in construction
- Experience with medium-length fiber optic projects (1-10km)
- Splice, terminals, hand-holes and manholes placing.
- Fiber optic testing
- Digital counts
