Technical / CAD Drawings / Animation

I have an ongoing requirement for hand sketch drawings to be drawn up in a suitable digital format, the drawings are for a prototype project so will be subject to edits as the project progresses. There will also be a requirement for animation to be added at a later date. Attachments show a hand sketch and an example of the format I'm lookin for.
I would like a price for the drawing and a cost per edit.
