Structural engineering whole solution

I am not skilled in cad but i do much design work. The previous engineer i was working with has been rather disappointing. It has seem to hit a wall and there were some big mistakes. I need to verify some calculations and detail concepts to put on the drawing so i can obtain stamps and seals.
