Provide on-going engineering/drafting service for residential foundation repair projects - approximately 20-30 projects on a monthly basis. Budget shown is per project; $25/project.
Deliverables:
- Report and calculations (templates provided) for permit submittal
- Drawings (foundation plan and sometimes a site plan) and details for permit submittal. Standard detail library provided.
