Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Looking for a structural engineer to elaborate Estructural design and calculations for a renovation of a commercial property in Running Springs (San Bernardino County CA).
We will consider specially the proposals that can deliver plans signed by a profesional licensed in California.
The property is an old building of 6000 SF, and will be transformed into five small comercial units of 800 SF each.
Following the requirements by the building and safety department, after the first review of architectural plans:
S1. Provide details of all new interior partition construction. Include all headers, sills, cripple and king studs,
and the attachment of the wall at the top and bottom of out of plane forces.
S2. Provide details along with supporting calculations for all new exterior wall construction. Provide a
foundation plan and details along with supporting calculations for the out of plane forces.
S3. Provide details along with supporting calculations for the new stair construction.
S4. Provide a lateral load analysis where the existing exterior wall is being removed, per sheet A4.2, and
replaced in the new location per sheet A5.2.
S5. Provide a lateral load analysis where new doors and windows are being added. See sheets A4.1 and
A5.1 on the plan north and south sides.
