I am in need of a seasoned structural engineer with experience in designing for new constructions and is licensed in Idaho. The project involves a single-family home that will exceed 4,000 square feet. The plans have already been drafted using Chief Architect software and the final draft will require a structural engineers stamp.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Can communicate with the draftsman for any changes needed to the plans or an export of the plans can be provided to be used with your preferred software.
- Proven experience in residential structural engineering and licensed in the state of Idaho.
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
