Structural Engineer Required -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Require experienced and licensed civil/structural engineer to design and provide plans/documentation for a new 3 level commercial building.
In your tender please provide detail of your experience, qualifications, portfolio/sample of your work, delivery time-frame.
Must be familiar with Australian building standards. See enclosed brief for this project.
Structural Engineering Scope:
- Require structural engineer to design and document a new 3 level commercial building with a single underground car park on a ~800sqm rectangular floor plate with rear lane access
- To provide a cost-effective engineering design/plan for a concrete building structure
- All commercial levels are to be presented as an open shell structure (open floor-plate) with minimisation of internal structural columns.
- Underground Loading dock and carpark design requires well designed structural columns so as to optimise car-parking
- Require concrete roof structure engineering and roof storm-water management plan with detention tanks and hydraulic engineering
Design and documentation to include:
Footing & foundations
Basement retaining walls and Shoring (piles / capping beam / shotcrete) of adjoining boundaries
Slabs on ground including driveway slabs
All suspended reinforced concrete slabs and beams, including concrete or blockwork balustrades
All columns, walls, stairs, balustrades and lift
Onsite tank and pits
Concrete roof (including hobs)
