I'm urgently seeking a certified engineer, with approval rights in Ontario, Canada, to review, verify and stamp a residential house structural drawing. This will specifically cover elements such as window lintels, the beam to post connection, and retaining wall detail.
He/She will need to:
- Review our existing drawing
- Validate its content, ensuring it meets local building codes
- Stamp the drawing to signify approval
Ideal skills and experience:
- Certified to stamp structural drawings in Ontario, Canada
- Background in residential property engineering
- Expertise reviewing and approving window lintels, beam-to-post connections, and retaining wall details
It must be noted that we already possess these drawings, requiring only your expert review and final stamp of approval.
