I am looking for a skilled structural designer for a residential single-family home.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Structural design and drafting residential structures using Type IV. Essential to know LVL trusses, roof & floor joists trusses. Load spans and support knowledge is also needed.
Key requirements:
- Skilled in structural design and drafting
- Experience in designing and drafting residential STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION drawings.
- Ability to create detailed drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
The project will involve:
- Designing and creating a detailed blueprint for the structure
- Incorporating structural elements such as beams, columns, and foundations
- Ensuring the design meets local building codes and regulations
- Providing clear and concise drawings for the builder to follow
