Structural Design Drawings for the construction of two 45ft piers for an ASCOM 35 tonne Boat Lift

I am in need of structural design drawings for the construction of two 45ft piers in an inland waterways marina, to support an ASCOM 35 tonne Boat Lift. I would like the construction to be made with steel piling and concrete, and I am open to suggestions as to the best design for the project. Any design requirements or constraints should be included in the drawings provided. An experienced engineer or designer will be expected to carry out the project in an efficient and compliant manner. All interested bidders should have the relevant qualifications and extensive knowledge when it comes to designing structures to withstand the pressures exerted by a boat lift of this size. We are looking for someone with the necessary skills and experience to provide a detailed design that is compliant to all relevant regulations and safety standards.
