Steel Step Design for Raised Platform

I'm searching for a professional that can draft design drawings and calculations for some steel steps as per the attached picture. The steps are designed and built but we require drawings and calculations to go with them to be load tested for safety.( proof testing) The design is mild steel box frame, Aluminium tread plates stainless steel hand rails.

* The steps will be freestanding and should be sturdy, safe and user-friendly.
* The design must align with industry standards and building codes.
