Steel Barge Design and Load Calculation

I'm seeking an experienced naval engineer to design barge, and calculate load deck ratings, connection point calculations for a 10' x 40' x 7' sectional steel barge, adhering to ABS River Rules Standards, as well as stability analysis for the barge, intended for use as a construction platform, including cranes, excavators, drill rigs, etc. must meet the following specifications:

- Deck ratings designed for:
- 5000 psf distributed load
- 25000 psf concentrated load capacity
- Construction details:
- 1/4" shell
- C-channel and angle inside framing
- Engineered connection point required, using angle iron and pins (carbon steel)
- Access hatches as additional feature

Ideal skills and experience:
- Naval architecture or marine engineering background
- Proficiency in structural design and load calculations
- Familiarity with ABS River Rules Standards
- Ability to interpret and work from rough sketches/drawings

I can provide rough sketches/drawings upon awarding the project. Drawings need to be completed and stamped within 1 week of project award. We are a construction and fabrication company located in Ontario, Canada.
