3D SolidWorks Toothbrush Sanitizer Design -- 2
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have reference images for a compact dental-grade toothbrush stream sanitizer and now need the concept turned into a full 3D model in SolidWorks. The unit must include an additional, well-integrated compartment for a mouth-set holder and a water inlet and pipe for the steam section. Every visible and hidden surface should present a clean, production-ready look; I am aiming for a truly professional finish on the exterior casing, the internal brush bay, and the new mouth-set section alike. the reference image is also a cad file done in solid works but i have lost the file
Key requirements and context
• Material: please model for composite manufacturing; wall thicknesses, draft angles, and snap-fit details should suit typical injection-molded composite parts.
• Finish: keep surface transitions smooth and polished across all components so renders match a high-end consumer product.
• Colour: follow exactly what you see in my reference images; I will supply these once we start.
• Usability: design hinges, vents, or UV-LED windows as shown in the references and ensure the added mouth-set compartment is logically placed and easy to clean.
• File setup: organise the feature tree clearly (no orphan features, sensible naming) so future edits are straightforward.
Deliverables
- Native SolidWorks assembly and part files (.SLDASM / .SLDPRT) with all features editable i also need a f3d file.
- STEP/IGES export for manufacturing
- High-resolution renders (minimum 1920×1080) that showcase the product from three angles, plus an exploded view highlighting the mouth-set compartment
- A brief PDF explaining material call-outs, surface finishes, and assembly method
I will be available to answer questions quickly and can give immediate feedback on early screenshots, so iterative refinement is welcomed.
