SolidWorks Injection Molding DFM Review
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are looking for experienced injection molding / DFM reviewers for SolidWorks plastic part designs.
The work is to review CAD models and flag practical manufacturability issues such as draft, wall thickness, ribs/bosses, undercuts, sink marks, warpage risk, parting line, gating/ejection considerations, and general molded-part design quality.
This first step is a screening conversation: please share whether you have hands-on experience reviewing injection-molded plastic parts for production, and include 1-2 relevant examples or a short description of similar DFM work you have done.
Ideal background:
- Strong experience with injection molding and plastic part design
- Familiarity with tooling constraints and moldability issues
- Ability to review CAD models and communicate feedback clearly
- Experience with manufacturers, mold makers, or production teams is a plus
- SolidWorks expertise is required
